International Imaging Materials, Inc. (“iimak”) fulfills the requirements under the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (the “Act”) by making the following disclosures. iimak does not knowingly engage in business transactions with companies in its direct supply chain that are known to actively participate in human trafficking and slavery. Knowledge of such practices would cause a review of the materials and supply chain and the establishment of an alternative supply chain free from such human trafficking and slavery practices.

Disclosure Topic Requirements and Statements:

Verification: At this time, iimak does not have a formal procedure or practice to engage in verification of product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery.

Audits: At this time, iimak does not have a formal procedure or practice to conduct audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with company’s standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains.

Certification: At this time, iimak does not have a formal procedure or practice that requires direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into the product comply with the laws regarding human trafficking and slavery of the country or countries in which they are doing business.

Internal Accountability: At this time, iimak does not have a formal procedure or practice that requires or maintains internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding human trafficking and slavery other than what is covered in the Standards of Business Ethics and Business Conduct Rules included in iimak’s Employees Handbook.

Training: At this time, iimak does not have a formal procedure or practice to provide company employees and management, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, training on human trafficking and slavery, particularly with respect to mitigating risks within the supply chains of products.
