Position Summary:
Direct revenue responsibility within a geographic region for 25-50 “Managed Accounts” with a revenue potential of $6M-$12M. “Managed Accounts” are Distributors, VARs and OEMs which require outside sales representation for business reviews, sales/product training and opportunity development. Thermal Transfer Ribbons are a strategic product in their portfolio. The RAM also provides leadership to Account Managers in the region to exceed the region’s revenue plan of $8M – $15M+.

Principal Responsibilities:
ߦ Manage and grow sales of printing, imaging and marking consumables for assigned accounts and prospects. 
ߦ Establish plan to increase revenue within accounts which are directly managed and prospect for accounts with an annual revenue potential of $75k+. Document competitor share within accounts. 
ߦ Formulate strategy for prospecting and increasing business within low share accounts in the region. 
ߦ Assist Account Managers in region by making face-to-face sales calls to uncover opportunities and to solidify IIMAK’s commitment to outstanding customer care. Recommend account assignment RAM/AM). 
ߦ Develop and execute sales call objectives using all available IIMAK resources. 
ߦ Develop proposals and negotiate within multiple levels and/or multiple locations in the customer organization. Coordinate agreements (letter, contract, etc.) between IIMAK and customers. 
ߦ Conduct trainings for distributor sales reps on product offerings, uses and sales opportunities.
ߦ Coordinate IIMAK personnel across multiple functions to develop and deliver differentiated customer value.
ߦ Effectively position IIMAK as an industry leader, expand product reach, promote IIMAK value-added services.
ߦ Responsible for the attainment of established sales goals and management of assigned accounts.
ߦ Good judgment and discretion in managing sample, travel & entertainment expenses to budgeted levels.
ߦ Analyze territory and account data, develop and implement strategic and tactical account plans to ensure plans are being implemented maximize revenue and profitability
ߦ Effectively analyze existing database information to identify buying trends, opportunities and concerns.

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

(IIMAK), IIMED offers outsource manufacturing solutions for Class I & Class II medical device consumables such as orthopedic bracing, sterile & non-sterile supplies, compression therapy devices and patient mobility products.   The manufacturing facility in Reynosa, Mexico is ISO-13485 & FDA Registered and supports a broad range of Medical OEMs with high quality medical device production.  We currently have an opportunity as an Account Manager.  This person would be based within the IIMED team at IIMAK’s worldwide headquarters located in the Amherst, New York.

Position Summary:
As a member of the iiMED Sales Team, you will be responsible for the recruitment and management of OEM & Strategic Accounts within a specific geographic territory or market segment.  In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing current Accounts and OEM prospects that may range from $250,000 to several million dollars in annual revenue.

Principal Responsibilities:
ߦ Manage and grow sales for assigned accounts and prospects.  Effectively utilize available selling tools to further penetrate these accounts.
ߦ Establish clear territory plan which includes managing existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts. Identify accounts in territory and competitor share within accounts.
ߦ Effectively position iiMED as an industry leader, expand product reach and promote IIMED value-added services.
ߦ Coordinate iiMED personnel across multiple functions to develop and deliver differentiated customer value.
ߦ Good judgment and discretion in managing sample, travel and entertainment expenses to budgeted levels.
ߦ Analyze territory and account data, and then develop and implement strategic and tactical account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.  Conduct periodic account reviews to ensure the plans are implemented accordingly.

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:
ߦ Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree, preferably an MBA, a plus.
ߦ Medical Device market knowledge expected.  Knowledge in Sterile & Non-Sterile Consumables, Orthopedics, Wound Care, Patient Mobility & Compression Therapy devices beneficial.
ߦ Technical understanding of Medical Device Consumables & FDA Regulations is a plus. 
ߦ Minimum of 5+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience required including skills relating to prospecting, cold-calling, relationship management and business development (Contract Manufacturing Sales is a plus).

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under general supervision, participates in full software development lifecycle: analyzing requirements, developing designs, implementing and testing software projects using C#, .Net, JavaScript, and HTML. Collaborate on Microsoft BI development that will work with the traditional BI Stack (Power BI, SSIS/SSAS/SSRS) and also work with SQL, SQL Server. Work on customer facing web based software projects.

Position Summary:
Responsible for growing and managing an assigned territory of distributor accounts. Also responsible for accepting & managing inbound phone calls and website inquiries for potential distributors within assigned geographic region. Accounts and prospects have an approximate annual potential of less than $250K and the territory is valued at approximately $1M – $3.0M.

Responsibilities Include: 
ߦ Manage and grow sales of printing, imaging and marking consumables for assigned accounts within geographic territory. Additional “named” accounts may be included in territory. 
ߦ Effectively utilize available selling tools, marketing support to penetrate accounts while maintaining accurate contact database, market share data and account notes.
ߦ Accurately segment accounts by market share or potential within territory into A, B and C tracks which defines the schedule for outbound calling and marketing activities.  
ߦ Maintain a consistently high level of outbound calls per week.
ߦ Develop customized PowerPoints for trainings or business reviews, conduct trainings via phone or conference call, webinar or in person for distributor sales representatives. 
ߦ Provide pricing, sales collateral, product literature, samples and complaint resolution as needed.
ߦ Accountable for managing business aspect of territory related to price and product mix.
ߦ Analyze territory and account data, then develop and implement strategic and/or tactical account plans to maximize revenue and margin performance.

POSITION SUMMARY: QA Technician is responsible for supporting IIMAK’s products through performance testing, competitive benchmarking, & product development testing.
  
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
ߦ Generate and interpret data, summary reports and charts. 
ߦ Troubleshoot issues with printing systems for customers as well as in test labs.  
ߦ Perform and record a variety of tasks and experiments using a wide range of procedures under the general supervision of the lab manager, engineer or other Technician(s). 
ߦ Perform Application Testing.
ߦ Support the development of product test lab spaces, acting as a technical expert to other staff in the proper use of equipment, product information, procedures, etc.
ߦ Support product development through performance testing, spec development and SOP testing.
ߦ Assist in the design of new systems, processes, product or equipment through new product testing, customer interaction, and work experience. 
ߦ Perform color matching tasks.
ߦ Conduct training with technical support staff on product specs, and technical issue resolution. 
ߦ Provide technical support to sales, customer service, and directly to customers.
ߦ Conduct product training/demonstrations with both internal and external customers. 
ߦ Perform periodic maintenance on lab equipment as needed, including cleaning tasks.
ߦ Perform process and product audits, and generate reports of findings. 
ߦ May involve travel to customer sites. 

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS:

ߦ Associates degree or equivalent experience required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
ߦ 2+ years of technical experience working with printing technologies.  
ߦ Familiarity with digital printing systems, thermal transfer technology or other printing technologies. 
ߦ Knowledge of color measurement and printing software ideal. 
ߦ Secure working knowledge of various IIMAK products performance metrics and test processes
ߦ Good math skills, especially an understanding of statistics.

Position Summary:

Direct revenue responsibility within a geographic region for 25-50 “Managed Accounts” with a revenue potential of $6M-$12M. “Managed Accounts” are Distributors, VARs and OEMs which require outside sales representation for business reviews, sales/product training and opportunity development. Thermal Transfer Ribbons are a strategic product in their portfolio. The RAM also provides leadership to Account Managers in the region to exceed the region’s revenue plan of $8M – $15M+.
 

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales of printing, imaging and marking consumables for assigned accounts and prospects.
  • Establish plan to increase revenue within accounts which are directly managed and prospect for accounts with an annual revenue potential of $75k+. Document competitor share within accounts.
  • Formulate strategy for prospecting and increasing business within low share accounts in the region.
  • Assist Account Managers in region by making face-to-face sales calls to uncover opportunities and to solidify IIMAK’s commitment to outstanding customer care. Recommend account assignment RAM/AM).
  • Develop and execute sales call objectives using all available IIMAK resources.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate within multiple levels and/or multiple locations in the customer organization. Coordinate agreements (letter, contract, etc.) between IIMAK and customers.
  • Conduct trainings for distributor sales reps on product offerings, uses and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate IIMAK personnel across multiple functions to develop and deliver differentiated customer value.
  • Effectively position IIMAK as an industry leader, expand product reach, promote IIMAK value-added services.
  • Responsible for the attainment of established sales goals and management of assigned accounts.
  • Good judgment and discretion in managing sample, travel & entertainment expenses to budgeted levels.
  • Analyze territory and account data, develop and implement strategic and tactical account plans to ensure plans are being implemented maximize revenue and profitability
  • Effectively analyze existing database information to identify buying trends, opportunities and concerns.
  • Coordinate the available company resources to execute effective account management plan.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for communicating sales progress, results, activity within the territory.

 

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience required (consumable product sales).
  • Proven track record in demonstrating excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully interface with all levels within an account.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and use of good judgment in making sound business and pricing decisions and recommendations.

Position Summary:
